Another
tenement building will gain a new character. This time Deveprom undertakes to
revitalise the tenement building from 1905, situated at ul. Kościuszki 50 in
Katowice. The design includes revitalisation of the facade, replacement of
window and door joinery, refurbishment of staircases, installation of a lift
and replacement of the systems. The project also covers construction of storage
units and commercial space.
Kościuszki
Street is one of the main roads in Katowice. It is the longest street in the
city, with a big number historical monuments.
