We are beginning design works to extend a tenement building at Powiśle in Warsaw.
The property will gain additional floor space through upward extension and an underground storey. Under the building there will be an underground car park equipped with an automated parking system.
Such a modern and extraordinary solution helps to artfully use the space satisfying the demand for parking spaces in the very centre of the city. Our design uses the systems by Nowina Konopka.
